Waiting for what, though? I've had several emails from EA and none of them make sense.
"Thank you for contacting EA, my name is Yashvi, and I hope you're doing well.
I must apologize, normally this is an issue we could resolve for you very quickly however we're experiencing some technical issues that are preventing us from assisting you. Your best option would be to contact us (an hour from now/tomorrow) when we should have this issue fixed and can serve you properly.
I look forward to your reply."
I made a report using video evidence of racism. You're causing so much wasted time on top of a bad situation, where I've had to mess around making a video of these awful players, and unnecessary stress with not knowing what the status of my case is.
Your communication is frankly awful.
I want to know:
1. Have you received and understood my report and have you been able to review the video?
2. Have you banned the players and contacted your partners on other platforms to ban them there as well?
