I open a case, i receive an automatic email saying "we created a case (1871110225). A game advisor will contact you soon." My case instantly goes in "waiting on player" and the resume case button doesn't work, it just sends me to this forum. It's the 3rd case i open in a week and i am not getting any help, it's frustrating. Any chance you could help me or give me an email adress i could contact in order to help me ?
Here is the content of my case : "Hello, I have lost all my progression on Apex legends. I had all legends unlocked (appart from Alter) and some skins and it's really annoying to start from 0 again. I linked my steam account to my EA account to play the game through steam and i was level 1. I saw online that the data would probably come back and it would take some time so i played some pubs hoping the problem would fix itself, it didnt. so i decided to go back to EA, and now i have the same crappy account that on my steam profile, i have more than 300 hours in game and i don't want all that progress to be lost. Anything you could do to help me ? Thank you, Henri (NANAVeked)" I already opened a ticket for this matter (Case #186600861) but it says waiting for player and when i click resume case it just sends me back to the EA help welcome page and i cannot do anything about my ticket. I started playing Apex on launch and i would REALLY enjoy being able to play with my progress instead of having to start over. Please help me. This is my 3rd ticket, i hope this one will not be abandonned without any help given."
