EA linked to fake email !!!!!!

now my EA account problem is since for more than 4 month,

since i found out that i need to verify my account to send gift to friends ! 
after contacted EA help they made things much much worst 

and still waiting for valid solution and hope it get viral so everyone know how much bad EA help and not helping anyone !
