1 On 1 meeting with Marketing:
Marketing: We have two pain points. One is server keep crashing everytime we put new update and we have game miner, who keep leaking future update. Should do something about it ?
CEO: Game crashing, I already put our Engineer job on the line, they will take care of it.
Marketing: But if we kick our engineers out of the window, who gonna work on it ??
These days, it's very hard to find workers, you read the news, right ?
CEO: Good point, it just a bluff, don't tell anybody. I will probably just cut his bonus.
Marketing: Fiuhh, how about game miner ? Everytime we release patch, future content is included so they easily find it out.
CEO: I got your point, but there's cost we have to pay everytime we release update plus risk of another crash. It's tricky balance.
Marketing: Understood, don't tell anybody, I actually like they leaking it, since we lack of LTM, future leakage keep them interesting and looking forward.
CEO: Agree, anything else ?
Marketing: People * off when the server crash, they lost RP. I think we should address this.
CEO: You're right, we need our engineer to fix it, let me follow up with them.
Marketing: Thank you boss. That's it for me.
CEO: Servers are down again boys ☹️
Engineer: We're checking....
CEO: Make sure you won't sleep until this resolve.
Engineer: Sure boss, I just need to bring my kid to sleep and I will work on this after get resolved.
Engineer's wife: Honey.....it's getting late, time to sleep !
Engineer: Sorry honey, my boss is on the line, he won't let me go.
Engineer's wife: How about me ? I can let you go.
Engineer: Oh MY GOD, my boss threathen to fire me, my wife threaten to divorce me ! ☹️

CEO: Happy Monday guys (smirking). How was your weekend ?
Dev/QA: We had good trip, short one, but can't really enjoy it because we keep thinking about it, so we did heavy work during night, barely sleep.
CEO: Thanks for that, do u find anything ?
Dev/QA: We found some issues with networking and we get a patch ready. We found weird issue with new banner pose....this one will take extra time.
