Entire EA Account Sanctioned/ Was it fair or not?

Its been a few months, since i was banned and i keep getting rejected by EA so im asking you guys. Do you think this ban is reasonable?

Let me tell you the story.

It begins, Apex match. Ranked , bronze , everything. And i unfortunately landed alone. Because my team has decided to abandon me. And to my surprise i was attacked by 2 different squads. I yelled at my squad, swore once. Just, once. 'Why are you <removed>  abandoning me?'

I honestly think that this isnt even reasonable for an account ban. I think its more mute worthy than that, But i seriously dont even understand. Please let me know your opinions on this. What do you think, how do you think i should defend myself in this scenario appealing?

    Hey all, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    @pcbreakman I don't think that it's fair to ban you directly without warning. if this was one of many offences then yes maybe, but not if it's your first type in chat.

    Dude  i get 72hrs suspension in non rank match bein afk 2min... and when i came back the random (own teammate) tried to melee me over the edge and travel trough whole map just to try kill me and I get banned for bein afk 2min. This new generation "pc culture" is just ridicilous. 

    Some people have spent thousands of hours and actual money for the game and gettin banned for weirdest reasons possible.

    @pcbreakman Who was jumpmaster, you or one of them? Why were you jumping into an area that had two squads in it already? Did you not realize they were there, or did you just feel lucky? Also, I was under the impression that no one gets banned for a single offence. So, if you're the kind of player who swears at his squadmates in one match then you may be the kind of guy who does it in a lot of his matches? Yes? No?

    What I'm getting at here is that there's usually more to the story. Definitely sounds like there might be here. It's up to you if you want to fill in any blanks.

    Thank you for the post.

    That is really a good question you have there.

    As others have said before there is usually more to the story.

    Normally a Ban for the use of bad language is incremental and if the keep pilling up cam lead to a perma ban.

    Depending on how severe the ToS team views the infraction it could result in an insta ban.

    Also if you have and previous suspensions for other reasons they can impact any new infractions negatively.

    I know that the game can be frustrating at times but that does not give anyone the right or justifies treating others poorly.

    As we all know we can not control how others play or behave but we can control our own activities in game.

    You admit to violating the ToS.

    So in answering your question whether the action on your account is fair or not I would have to say Yes. 

    I am truly sorry this happened to you and hope that you can find another way to get back into the game if you so choose. In the future just choose to not use text or voice chat if others make you angry. Take the highroad and ignore them and move on to the next match.
