I need help regrading My ban Issue

I am raising this dispute because I have been wrongfully banned for cheating, which I did not commit. I have been playing this game for over five years with more than 4000 hours of playtime, including earning two heirlooms. I have never spent real money on the game and have consistently been a below-average (0.5 K/D) and Platinum-ranked player.
I fully acknowledge that I received a one-week suspension for hateful speech. I let my emotions get the best of me after a teammate was verbally aggressive and threw the game. I accept full responsibility for my behavior and served the suspension without complaint. However, after the suspension, I was unexpectedly banned permanently for alleged cheating.
I want to make it very clear: I have never used any cheating tools or engaged in any form of cheating. The only third-party tool I installed was dxcpi, which converts DirectX 12 to DirectX 11, aiming to improve my FPS performance. I used it purely for better gameplay and smoother ranked matches with my friends. If this somehow triggered your system's anti-cheat detection, I assure you it was not intended as a form of cheating.

I respectfully request a thorough re-investigation into my case. I have invested years into this game and would never risk my account by cheating. Additionally, I have already pleaded my case more than 10 times. Each time, I received the same reply:
"Hello, we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."
