Eva 8 does not register hits or is insanely inaccurate

this happens to every weapon in the game, not just the Eva 8. Ive had bullets not register with the wingman, PK, Eva, Longbow, R-99. its a server issue. youll watch the tracer hit their body, youll hear the shield take the bullet but no dmg will appear. Its just poor net code. ive also seen bullets register twice on people before
