@MandatoryIDtag My definition of bad day is relative, but yeah too often really. Most of the time it's bad RNG luck on drop. Sometimes it's getting frustrated with challenges. It rarely has to do with my own performance if the game gives me a fighting chance.
@ArchAngeL-PCX I feel like 90% of this game is just an inane RNG hurdle you have to get over before you can really showcase if you're good or not. From hip-fire, to loot on drop, to loot overall, to how many braincells your teammates have, it's just too many variables.
@Koochi-Q I've rethought my decision to actually play S7. I'm going to find something else to play again. Tipping point? This guy was clambering up a wall not 4 meters away from me, no armor, nothing. I've got a stock R301 with 20 bullets on a hot-drop. I'm not moving, and the guy climbing is going in a straight line. 2 hits of 18 rounds fired. While he scrambles for cover, his buddies come up, one with purple armor and a Devotion, the other with white and a Prowler wipe the floor with me. My teammates were AFK on drop and still have no loot. I started playing again on Monday, it's now Tuesday, I went from 996 to 1008 hours played, and I'm good.

Your tale of the R301 reminded me of the other aspect that gets to me...the constant shield cracking in this game. A clip to strip off shields, then swap weapons and empty the clip just to get a knock. Then, as you pointed out, his buddies come up and light you up while your teammates are doing nothing to help you out. Then they go pick up the player you downed. All this resulting in a bunch of damage, no kills, and a hollow feeling as you get punted back to the lobby.
Aaaah yes. The BR experience at it's finest!!! Well...good thing we have that PvE content and respawning modes to shift off to...wait...my bad. I was thinking about TitanFall 2 again. lol!!! - @pastaclown Hey you don't need teammates with braincells! You showed us that the other day! Honestly if you're up for a challenge I can play crypto and EMP you every time you get into a fight?!
@DarthValtrex On the contrary, they HAD braincells, they just didn't have the aim to back it up. Not having good aim is a passable offense, not everyone has the time to improve, but I at the very least need people to follow me into fights if for nothing more than soaking up damage. It's a team game (lol) after all. But today, I could barely find anyone who could either keep up or follow up when I engaged fights and it was just a miserable slog.
@hayhor I know! I feel stupid. I already uninstalled, but I was trying so desperately to get a satisfying match, not even a win, just a satisfying match. 3 games today, I was so close to a satisfying match, but audio lost me one of those games, my teammates getting overly confident despite not doing anything (they were getting carried which made them confident and forgot that stupid decisions throw games) lost me another, and the last one I wasn't going to win, but 2 no regs on a downed target prevented me from securing my last kill before I died and it's just so disheartening. I was kill leader and everything! 9 kills (would've been 10) multiple clutch 1v2 / 1v3 fights, 2 situations where 3+ squads are all shooting at each other and my squad comes out on top, and THAT'S how my game ends. It was hectic, it was exciting, it was going to be the best match of my entire 12 hour stint without even being a win and then BAM! No regs. What a joke.
- @pastaclown I just slow my game play down when teammates struggle to keep up. I know it's a little boring, but I would rather be with my team and die as a team than die trying to 1vs3 a squad.
I try to stay close enough to my squad that if they ping enemy I can be there before the shooting starts.
or the devs can fix the game plus matchmaking instead of joking about it and blaming players for bad internet lol
