Every game today - missing team mates

Another week another post on not getting team mates or full teams to play. 

Just got into my FIRST match of the day. It was a TDM and my team had 5 players from the very start vs 6.  The score was 26-12 to the other team before we got a team mate. In the time it took to find a 6th player I was unable to leave the match due to leaver penalty. I find this very ironic and hypocritical that I am unable to leave matches as it is not fair on others but its somehow fair that I am allowed to play with less players and at a massive disadvantage near enough every game I queue. 

The 6th person that we eventually got ended the map with zero kills and 160 damage dealt. This is a waste of my time.

Another game another disadvantage. This time 8v9 from the start in control. The loba in my team is disconnected, she is not on the score board but she is on my team and standing still in game. Its now 7v9 and looking for more players. We were actually winning the game but the capture bonus goes to B which we cant get at all due to number disadvantage. The game is unwinnable and unfair in every aspect.

Why can you not get the basics of fully lobby and back filling right?

Im fed up with the BR, Mix tape is all thats left.
