FAke game

I'm shooting a player, for 2 seconds before they're shooting me, with whatever gun, Spitfire, R301, CAR whatever, 

i'll die in 2 shots from an altenator when they turn around and start shooting.

Why are the shots doing no damage? Why are enemy shots doing instant death.

ping is low and no packet loss. Why is this?

After 20 games it'll be teh opposite and i'll get 10+ kills 2500 damage, then all of a sudden, can play for 20 games without 300 damage each game.
