False Ban for cheating

I was banned on April 15th in the middle of a match for cheating. I can assure you that I have never cheated in apex, or else I probably wouldn't be putting in this effort to get my account back. I put in a form to ea help but somehow they came to the conclusion that I was cheating and without any specific explanation I remain banned. I don't know if I was banned manually or if there was a false flag that easy anti-cheat picked up or even if I was accidentally using an exploit. EA's support has given me no way to prove my innocence and has just given me bans, which from my perspective are for no reason because I'm not a cheater. Is there any other way to try and get my account unbanned without just putting in a form and waiting for ea to get their * together?

    I'm afraid there isn't an alternate route to have bans looked into aside from submitting an appeal to the Terms of Service (TOS) team, as they base those decisions on what can be verified in our records and have the final say in those matters.

    That said, you're more than welcome to submit another appeal and someone else from the TOS team will do a fresh investigation to see if something was missed that could get you back into the account here.

    If you haven't already, please reach out to an advisor again and they'll send this back up to the TOS team to be reviewed.

  • @mozzyf I get banned 34days ,no one can help me,I never get my main account back.EA have bad terms of service.them not check my account.when you talk with support .they try help terms of service only not you.last time i chat with Easupport him don’t care customer but try help TOS only when i try need answer him close chat and ignore my case.
  • What about things that are out of the players control? Like on supply ship where when you revive someone and your put in the wall? on that chance of happening (which I've seen) is that a qualification for exploiting and deserving of a ban?

  • I am baffled at how this issue has been persistent since release and worsened in 2021, and there is still no solution. 
    I've been submitting appeals to which are all met with the automated "we made the right decision and cannot discuss how we came to that conclusion". 
    It's honestly ridiculous how much money that have collectively been able to take away unjustly because of false cheating flagging. 

    I find it in especially bad taste that during my account being banned I was/am able to purchase products for that account yet not able to access them. They literally still take your money!
    Hope anyone has had luck, or if not there's a way we can all amass on a thread to get an idea of just how many of us there are in this predicament.

    If your account has been banned please reach out to the Terms of Service team using the links that have been provided in previous posts, and they'll take a look.
