Issues pertaining account bans cannot be assisted with here on the EA Forums as this is a community space. The only way to appeal a ban is by following the steps as explained in this article: [EA Help] - Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
I've seen some cases where users had their accounts hacked and used by others to cheat on. So if this really has come out of nowhere, I'd highly recommend making sure to secure your EA Account by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/secure-hacked-account/
