Firing Tange Changes!

I was pretty sure I seen it here that there were going to be changes made in the firing range to change different settings on the dummies for accuracy practice as well as bring them to life. I though...

    @XvArawnvX I had the same thought recently, but I believe it was @Cheese9Man that reminded me that that information was just from a leak, and not the actual S13 release info

    @YandeNekoo Yes I could do that but I find it sad I have to jump through hoops to do that well over 1.5 years after it was released
