Fix apex matchmaking

Me and my friend are having trouble with wanting to play this game, since we’re getting queued with masters/apex predators with millions of damage while I’m in platinum at best and my friend’s in bronze it is very frustrating when you spend 30 minutes looting and feeling like you can win to just be molly whopped by a pred horizon I can’t l even start to tell you how many 2nd places we’ve gotten from this issue. If it’s going to be like this at least just put us in full pred lobbies so we can at least go out in a blaze of glory then spending a lot of time looting just to die
