Flatline was first, now R99, Wingman and PK are next?
Of course without any refund for the people that bought those, usual Respawn style making no sense changes 🙂.

Also do note that EA/Respawn expected you to buy the skin for how it looks, changing the iron sight shouldn't really change how the skin looks.
So you're buying it for something which they don't really expect and then have issues with them changing it.
Balance is important.
Whilst yes, they made a mistake by changing iron sights for each skin (it was better if they just didn't do that) they are fixing it by adjusting it now.
We can't really have the game become P2W now can we.
@XHelperZ Guess what? The iron sights are part of the designs! If they wanna change them so that the game doesn't become P2W why not just make all the other iron sights better? It's only right that they refund people that had the gun before they changed it. You can't change a product after people buy it.
That's my point, they should change all the sights, this can all be resolved like that.
Other games never had this issue because they all used the same sight, Respawn/EA made the mistake of changing them to begin with.
People have to reach out themselves for refunds, I wouldn't like to have my skin refunded if I personally still like it.
- @Daze623 Of course it’s way easier to change 1 than to change every flatline skin out there. Lol.
They should have done the wingman route and just put a flatline skin with P2W sights on the normal loot pool so people can get it for 1.2k crafting metals.@Cheese9Man or a recolor of it might have been easier still.
- @OldTreeCreeper A recolor would still make people cry saying that they’ve missed it when it was on sale but being part of the normal pool would make it available 365 days a year just like the wingman pay to win skins.
- @Cheese9Man That is actually a better way to fix it and won't require that much effort on their part too. They should just do this instead of screwing over people who bought and worked for the Flatline skin.
I am curious as to what this change could be bad? This giant gap in the optics truly served no purpose nor did it affect the skin it self which is what people wanted to buy. I don't think the optics alone is why it was purchased. (Not at all knocking those who did not want the change) Just more so trying to understand why removing a useless gap that served no purpose is such a bad thing.
As for the skin where the upper walls was removed I do not find this to be a bad thing. Remember how bad those walls affect the car. This grants over all better views with no objects interfering with the view one can see.
they won't it's ea theryre r scum. that would be the most sensible thing to do i don't have it and don't think i should have it i didn't play season 4 so that's my loss but they shouldn't penalize ppl for having it cause they got it. the way this game is going it's not gonna last long they will still have pros play and the ppl that r die hard fans but they r going to start losing community quickly if they don't turn their * around and all honesty they deserve it
