Incredibly slow and incredibly poor since patch.
Seemed strong but balanced before it.
Now it seems you can catch someone with their back turned, pump 7 shots in them, break their shields, and still get killed first.
Even mozambique or p2020 seem more viable weapons than it now.
What weapon can viably take it's place for a G7 user??
...mainly sad because used to be one of my least favourite weapons before becoming my go-to. Now seems useless and redundant.
I still love it with iron sights (especially since they fixed the swaying reticle) and a hop-up, but that's just me.
G7 needs the sniper increased width removed from it.
I used to main the G7 as well, and the nerf is noticeable to me.
Damage is still significant, and even tho it’s now an assault rifle, I won’t be using the G7 in close quarter engagements as I once did.

In the first Battlefront i was huge on the single fire or burst guns.
I actually surprised that i started maining the G7/single fire tho. And I've really enjoyed that i have been.
I hate the wingman tho, sometimes i do good with it, but i seem to get a lot of registry issues or often i hit and don't think i have.
Someone's recommending hemlok on single fire... I'm tempted to give it a try.
