Who do I send the CLIPS to, to get the kid banned. Using the titan method to cheat and use ai aimbot.

Did you report them in game? Thats the best thing to do.
If you didnt report them in game, then there is a EA report player webform here, which will hopefully be the start of a conversation allowing you to submit video clips:
