Get rid of aim assist

@GH0STEDbyME Here is the deal, the advantage to be had with M&K is skill and learned.  The advantage you assume M&K players must swallow with the inferior input method is given via code.  Please do not argue they are the same thing and that the thumb on the scale is warranted.  I also say M&K players instead of PC players as there is a distinction.  As you can see, PC has had a controller - AA issue way before you console players joined the scene on crossplay.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S61HeFBnzek

I think there may be a middle ground here.  I get you controller players cannot compete in a fair arena without help.  What if M&K got just a little aim bot too?  I would turn it off but at least it would be my choice.
