Gibraltar buff are way to much
His shield is seriously OP. If you both have equal shields you won't win the gun fight in close combat, unless the Gibraltar is a really bad shot. You can't aim at center of mass so you're forced into head shots which are difficult to make and definitely do not compensate enough. The only other way you'll win is if you have better guns or if you get the first shots off, but even that's rarely enough.
