give us the original Apex

Sounds fun on paper, but it's a very difficult thing to do actually and, considering that wfh is like 50% speed compared to work in studio, I wouldn't get my hops up. Still, I'd love me some "Old Skull Sweatin'" 🙂

Trash.  Launch Apex was dirt trash.  I left the game in season 1 and didn’t come back until I decided to see what was up in season 4.

So, no thanks.

I honestly think a lot of people did Dream and Hayhor while I didn’t.

But I think it’s fairly obvious the game is far better now than on launch.

Even awful Kings Canyon is only slightly less awful with no Skulltown.  How about the addition of characters like Rev, Watson and Loba? Oh yeah, also remember, no ranked, and only pleeb skins.  And Wingman over all other guns for justice.  Wraith? Won’t even mention.

This game has problems.  It also is far better now.

@KelRieverI would take any LTM rn. It's always Armed and dangerous. I get it the September soiree is just a filler because some updates were pushed back further, but there are so many LTMs to choose from.

Do the third-person mode or the solo mode LTM. #Nomorearmedanddangerous

@KelRiever yes, far better with core criticisms that have existed since day 1 that have gone unaddressed to this day. The game is far better with inconsistent and underperforming audio, with hit-reg still being wonky after 6 seasons of play, with servers that will still frequently crash or work poorly overall with massive amounts of packet loss despite having extremely good internet, ingame bugs that persist for seasons on end, and a lack of overall content (or the content we get is genuinely uninspired and poorly implemented, lookin' at you crafting).

That's just the objective criticisms. Don't even get me started on subjective things such as lack of fresh modes or rotating game-modes, lack of solos, the fact we have a leaver problem, the way ranked works, the legend and weapon balance, the developer's stance on skilled play vs. strategic play, random recoil, the lighting decisions for current KC and WE, the way loot is spread, the inflated loot pool, how SBMM works etc. etc. etc.

@maximas1986 I'd play the mode. Love to play with S1 R301 again, AKA, the king of ARs.

I think you know I'm not all pollyanna about Apex.  I am still playing a lot of it, even though I ditched rank.  I ditched the whole game in season 1, never played season 2 or 3 either.
