Is there a way to disable gore in the settings?

I know this is old but I would like to say my opinion. I completely understand that this game isn’t for children, but as everyone else has said is an option would be nice. I’m over the age 13+ and have strict parents. They don’t want me to see blood every single day I play. It’s just so I don’t get desensitized. Some people are squeamish and other stuff just aren’t allowed to see blood or are disturbed. The game isn’t rated m for mature game either, so it’s not like I know that there’s going to be blood splattering everywhere. Hopefully you read this and just think about the option so you can get more players to play. Great game just I noticed more blood as I played.
I am a little confused as I thought you had to be 16 to play this game but looking at the link someone posted earlier EA suggest minimum 13, what is the PEGI 16 for then?
I am an adult so gore and possible subsequent PEGI rating doesn’t effect me but really I can’t see any point for it in the game. I think the days of gore effects have passed and most gamers just want a good game. Fortnite is the proof of this, no gore but just a great game, even the cartoon graphics work for it and don’t seem out of place.
Maybe they could even even drop the PEGI rating if the game could auto remove gore for gamers between 13-16, maybe get the game a few more players?
so you want a game where you spend hours pointing guns at people and shooting them, throwing explosives at them, exposing them to caustic gas,dropping artillary strikes on them....without the consequence and visual feedback of a little blood?

- I agree, blood doesn’t bother me it’s just iffy for family to walk in and see me playing a game with blood
- I think the option to switch the (what little) gore there is off isn't a bad idea.
It doesn't hurt those who WANT gore, as they can keep it on. And those with strict parents, or parents who want to disable it for now, can do so. Win win.
Personally idc because I'm a grown up with big boy pants.
