Got a pic of my game crashed by cheater while reporting

Me too, I believe it is much higher.  One pred Youtuber I watch said the percentage of preds that cheat somehow is about 70%, not sure if that's true or not.  He actually does a whole youtube show exposing cheaters and sending reports to EA to get them banned.  He goes by the name "Zeus" and has an interesting channel and he has gotten some results by doing this, but in my opinion you shouldn't have to humiliate the person on Youtube first before sending in a video of them cheating to EA.  There should be a much simpler solution like Fortnite has where you can view the death scene and send it to the devs if you think cheating was involved.  Like in my case the Axel just did something with the PK that is not possible in the game while sliding on those pink discs.  The death report showed her emptying her whole mag and getting huge numbers, which is not possible while only firing one shot while sliding that fast.  It was definitely the Apex Beam Cheat with the rapid fire and zero recoil.  I've seen cheaters demonstrate this with the PK on the firing range before, and when I pressed report player it crashed and the message came up.

This error seems to be circulating internet since 2022, there are multiple cases and causes mentioned, some even manage to post that after some fine-tuning it went away.

I did what was asked, error kept appearing, but now without changing anything I haven't had it for 2? weeks despite I play Diamond+ lobbies on daily basis (D3 duo/trio) and dying to blunt cheaters basically every game at this point.

Initially I actually had the same fear that it is actually cheaters triggering it because for me game crashed in "most important" moments like just before team pushes us, as I am landing a lot of shots, as I knock someone.
Like I was going mental about it.

At the same time it also did crash (less often) when I just joined random pub game and we were still in the ship, randomly during idle phase of the game.

So calling out that it crashes because someone triggers it...probably not, not in all cases. At the same time it is well known from the past that cheaters could see how many players spectate them -> crash their games. Also known softer solution - despite being killed by cheater team you for some reason get to spectate totally random team on the other side of the map while cheater team keeps playing.

p.s. if you use some cfg files / launch commands (I see at least 3 in your error picture already) I would suggest removing them and see if it happens on "stock" game settings. I used to have loads of most popular commands and fine-tuning to get stable FPS -> not sure if either worked -> deleting all of them didn't change a thing to be fair :) game still is unstable and looks like poop on my 5700XT / 3600X PC.

It is incredibly frustrating, especially because they could hardware ban individuals permanently. Doing so would wipe away a huge chunk of their players and skew their position in the online gaming wars (don't believe their "5%" cheating numbers - we all know it's way higher).

Ok, it just happened again when I clicked to report a cheater.  I am getting so sick of this game, it is not worth the time anymore.  This game is making me nothing but angry.  I am a school teacher on summer break and I play games to unwind my nerves, not to get so angry I feel like breaking my PC.  I am considering just calling it quits if they have no intention of banning cheating in this game.  Every single match there are people swimming through the air, tagging you from across the map, using rapid fire and no recoil, etc.  Either publish where everyone can buy devices or software where they can get these abilities so all can play equally or ban them.  Lest you think I'm a sore loser I have been winning lots of matches the past two weeks, sometimes 3 or 4 per day not counting bot Royale Evolved, but you have to play about 20 or so matches before you stumble into one that has legit players.  

Oh, and I read the alleged "tests" they are doing.  These things are not even an issue right now in the game.  I highly doubt among the 10,000 or so people that are probably left not even a third are thinking about those issues.  Would it really take them much to deal with the issues at hand like getting mods and cheats out of the game by sending them a legal notice, get MnK out of controller lobbies, fix the hit reg issues, get a version of the original bot royale back in circulation, and the other issues real fans of the game complain about on this forum.  All they have to do is come on here and read what their actual players are saying.

I gotta step away from this game for awhile for my own sanity.  I hope they gain some control soon.  I've only stuck with it through this because Apex was my first fps game, I love the characters, I miss how it used to be before these issues, and I love the community and the way a lot of you on here got behind me when my Dad passed away and I was having a ton of problems in my life.  Apex players are the best in the world!  I'll be back, and I know once I cool off in a few days I'll probably think about changing my mind, lol, but I need to step back for a little bit.
