Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch. I'll try to help with this. Can you get me a DxDiag report? Just attach it to a response. I'll review it for any issues that could be causing this. Instructions can be found here.

Thank you. Appreciate it. Here are some suggestions.

    1. Your Nvidia driver is really new. Try performing a clean install of a known stable driver. Don't just update. You may need to use a slightly older driver as well.
    2. Disable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. This can be done at Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Default graphics settings > disable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and reboot.
    3. It looks like you have a second monitor. Try testing with only the 1440p monitor connected. Cap the FPS at 120 or 141 and disable any overlays.
    4. You have an OBS Virtual Camera and Nvidia capture components. Disable the GeForce, Discord, and EA App/Steam overlays. Also, disable OBS, ReShade/Filters and any monitoring OSD temporarily.
    5. Go to the Nvidia Control Panel > Power management mode > Prefer maximum performance for Apex. Remove any GPU undervolt/OC and test with a lower GPU power target or -100 MHz core clock.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
