Got Banned when i never play in 6 months

 I was just about to play Apex again after 6 months of not logging in and when I logged in and was about to start playing suddenly my account was banned and I saw that there were lots of reports that my account had made and it wasn't me because I was just about to play again after 6 months of not playing play , and when I email the related team they reply like this "Hello, we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter." please help me because i never cheat while playing Apex Id:TequilaSunrise24

    Hi @DieInPieces_ITA 

    I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.

    If you haven't played for a while, your account might be compromised.
    If you think this is the case, you best contact an EA Advisor so they can help to get your account secure again.


    When that is done, you can ask for a ban appeal that will be sent to the Terms of Service team.
    They will review the ban and send you a mail-back after their investigation.

    I've contacted them but the answer is that they accused me of using cheats even though I haven't played for 6 months and got banned on charges of using cheats ☹️
