Haven't been able to login for a month

About a month ago I had an unusual login on my account. As recommended, I changed my password and figured it was all fine. Next time I logged in I was banned. I have now been banned and waiting on support to reply to my appeal ticket for over a month. I have heard nothing back. I have tried the live chat and they told me I have to wait for a reply on my ticket and that they can't do anything. I figure I would try to see if anyone would see this here and let me know what I can do to get my account back. I can't even login to origin anymore at all, even if I try on an alternate account.

    We cannot really assist with account bans here on Answer HQ but I can point you in the right direction 😉

    Have you already checked your spam and junk folders?
    Sometimes the email gets routed into those folders.

    Just to make sure you contacted the right team to appeal the ban I'll leave to contact the right team. (Terms of Service)

    They try to answer within 5 business days but it can take a little longer.
    You could try to resent an appeal and attaching the previous case to it and say you didn't get a reply.

    I have contacted this team and checked all of my email folders. I first made my ticket on December 8th. I guess I'll just keep hoping that it gets moved along.

    @Huntinwabits Thanks for the tip! I'll have to keep that in mind... Obviously I wasn't hacking, that is why I am here. I'm assuming my account was hacked and zombied for boosting.
