Heirloom Shards!?

Why does it read 0 out of 150 heirloom shards for me? I thought the way things were to work was how many packs we opened up until the new change would be retroactive.

So why do I not have any shards to reflect that?

@ColdHours Your packs are retroactive.

The shards are collected in a single pack, meaning chances of getting all 150 are 1 out of 500, just like an heirloom.

I'm pretty sure I've opened 500 packs. Just patiently waiting⌚. If I haven't I know I'm close. Saw one guy literally get heirloom shards in all 3 packs on a video tho 😒

And what about more than 500 packs are opened but no heirloom?

I have spent hundreds of dollars and no heirloom,
I have a friend who hasnt spend 1 dollar and he received the Wraith heirloom on a free pack

@Twitch_Hisagi182 I'd open your own thread to see if you get a response. Tag @EA_David in it. One of the mods can usually look up your history.

Spending hundreds on the game doesnt mean much tho. If level 500 and owning multiple battlepasses you still need to have opened roughly 250 to 300 packs. I have yet to see someone who said they were sure they opened 500 but soon realized they were short. Most people forget they spent money on skins themselves. And every $18 skin is 18 less packs.
