@rockyboy1998 Move lifeline down to purple, Gibby and Caustic to red and Bloodhound to Gold. As for Crypto you're underestimating him a lot. He could be easily into purple tier (or maybe even gold).
Loba white tier to me. Ok she can take all the ammo you want but you can also get it from winning a fight right?
Revenant probably should be on blue, but nothing higher.
I based all of this on team play, if we want to talk about solo pubs then Octane or Wraith probably are the best legends.

As I said this is just my opinion.
Gibby and Caustic can’t be red, they aren’t META. They aren’t consistent on all three maps.
Lifeline has to stay as Red due to how overpowered she is... having a lifeline and a good player can single handedly keep your team alive.
Look, Crypto is lame. Anyone could say any legend should be red, purple or gold but Crypto overall sucks. He’s too slow and leaves a player static for too long. Good players will take advantage of it.

I'm talking about the general day to day gamers tier list, not what pro's can use him or not.
@rockyboy1998 I'm not saying that you're stupid or something like that lol. Of course everybody can have their own opinion and i respect that, the only thing you're wrong about for me is Crypto. A good Crypto user will not slow your game trust me, but he needs to be paired with the right legends (Wraith is a must). Otherwise he wouldn't be one of the most picked legends in tournaments. The Wraith-Caustic-Crypto is one of the strongest if not the strongest combo right now. Basically if you place a portal towards the enemies and crypto ults, you have a 50 health advantage over them, and when your Caustic also uses his ult then the fight is pretty much done unless you're up against a Predator team.

Yeah I understand that completely, but apart from Rampart you could literally say that about any legend if you get what I mean.
Also you point about Wraith, Caustic and Crypto is very situational based. I have seen pro's use crypto but at this level and on an overall legend list he sits very low for me.

Octane is also red tier cuz he makes you feel like you are on drugs :D- @BaldWraithSimp Octane is NOT red tier.... grey tier for sure. "Woah, this dude's not with us." Octane stims into the fight, "I'm down!"
Octane is such a liability character. He's great for soloing in pubs but not intended for ranked play unless he gets real team helping abilities...
