How can i delete my progress without deleting my account?
I want to delete my progress but not the account, or delete the account to also delete the progress in the way and re-open the account with the same e-mail. If I can delete my progress, how can I do it? Or can I re-open my account with the same e-mail after I delete it? (The reason I want to delete my progress is because I haven't played for a long time and I dont remember the game much so I want to restart my progress.)

There isn't a built in way to delete your Apex Legends progress. You could in theory delete your EA account and make a new one I suppose, but you'd lose absolutely everything on the account, so I wouldn't recommend that, especially since everything you can unlock in Apex is just cosmetic (Other than legends, I suppose).
If you play on console, I'd recommend doing that even less, since Apex has been known to get very unstable if you unlink your account and link it elsewhere.
