How do I lock cursor to screen
I play in windowed mode because I have to otherwise the blue light filter doesn't work
doing so though often makes my cursor go to the second screen when I make a wide turn, thus disrupting my gameplay. Is there away to lock the screen to Monitor 1 while in full screen windowed mode?

You could try using third party software like dual monitor tools.
Though I haven't used it myself so I cannot say whether or not I'd recommend it.
And do keep in mind that with third party software that it could potentially cause harm if not downloaded correctly.
I don't know an official way of doing this, so the only option is probably third party software.
