How do kills get appointed when...
If u down one or two players but then die before finishing them and your squad mate kills the last player(s) who gets the kills for the two downed players sense they are now dead?

If you down a player, so long as you don't leave or they don't get revived it doesn't matter who finishes them off, you get the kill, even if you downed a player before you yourself got taken out. It's a pretty good system to be honest with you. It's incentive to stick around after death on top of the whole respawn system.
So far when my team mates killed the targets while I downed them they got the kill count.
BUt at the end of every match there's a overview with all details including downs.
