I think those weapons are a bit overestimated as players haven't adjusted to the new play styles that come with these changes.

I disagree with your point about the R-99, havoc, etc countering the alternator with disruptor rounds. I have faced off against people with these guns, while I have the alternator with hop up, and it shreds them so much faster than any other gun. It is honestly so OP right now that it needs a nerf. I get they wanted to make them better, but they just made it better than every other gun.

Yeah a kitted alternator is seriously scary right now. Got taken by surprise how quickly my purple/gold armor was depleted several times before I began instinctively ducking behind cover any time i'm being shot at with disruptor rounds.
