@DrWizardo Of course I did it the way you said it. Not only that, but there were times when I sent a message directly to the employees, but it didn't do much good.
And even now, ANSWERS HQ has various opinions and feedbacks, as well as inquiries about game use, but EA and Respawn employees do not respond smoothly to this. Only they answer users' questions, but they remain silent about the opinions and feedback the users of this game put forward.. It makes me and many other users even more absurd. If this is the case, I wonder why EA and Respawn created ANSWERS HQ pages.
