How to responsibly buff Caustic

@Jinnobi I enjoy using caustic at times. He is helpful to a team if used properly. I actually won a game earlier where my teammates chased one into a small building and he hunkered down with gas everywhere. As they were waiting outside I casually strolled in and killed him because his gas didnt affect me.

I like the idea that his gas doesnt slow your team but is still hard to see, similar to Bangalore smoke. I know I get frustrated by both characters when I cannot see but caustic is more frustrating due to the slow down.
