how to revert one time code???

    I know a guy named Ayan, so that's cool. He definitely isn't the same as the Ayan you got.

    Did you set up that case from a different account than the one that was banned/suspended?

    Hmm, I wonder if the email may have been caught in a spam filter. Sometimes that can happen with our automated messages. 

    Have you checked to see if it might have been sent to your spam or junk mail folder instead of your inbox?
