Solved

I bought and apex account and account is already banned

Can any of dev help me i bought an account which contains a heirloom. After i bought i couldnt play with it it said avcount has been banned. 

How can i rescue this account that i dont know why its banned

    I don't think one can appeal to TOS in this situation, when the act of buying or selling an account itself is against TOS.  You made a very bad bargain, I'm afraid.

    @Ragarath ‘friend from social media’ = instantly scammer xD.

    @Mind-F-_Fenyx you know what you did was wrong but did it anyway? And in case you’re gonna reply with “I know that now or after the fact”; why even buy an account from a ‘friend’. Why didn’t this person let you have it for free or why didn’t you just make a new account?

    This whole thread screams fishy like rotten salmon at the very least and BS out of a non-bull at the very worst.

    The selling and purchasing of accounts is against the Terms of Use. We are not able to assist in these type of requests.
