i dont have penalty history，why my game still banned?

If you don’t see anything in your Penalty History but the game still shows as banned, you may be signed into the wrong EA Account, the Penalty History tool may not be loading correctly, or the violation may need to be handled through the webform instead.

So the next things I’d suggest are:

• Double-check that you’re signed into the correct EA Account.
• Try Penalty History again a bit later.

If it still doesn’t show there, submit the case through this webform and include the account compromise timeline and ban details as clearly as possible.
