I don't understand people, who have problem with loud sounds

It's like they say stuff like, this thing is so loud it made my ears bleed.

Like where do people find these sounds? I have Apex on max volume on everything and I still concider it quiet.

The only thing I concidered loud in this game was a Survey Beacon when you use it, but that's about it....
