Why the heck would they suspend ranked for the rest of season 21??? I was trying to grind to Diamond and now am finding out I can't. I was literally Platinum 1. Ranked Rumble?? And these rewards are garbage. Have no desire for any of these rewards. Wow unbelievably annoyed right now. You guys legitimately suck!! Yea probably switching to Valorant now.
So I played it. You only get 10 matches & you're just done with Ranked rest of the season. Or you can play another 10 to try to get higher placement. They basically screwed everyone trying to do their end of season push.
@Lord_Scorpion34yea and if you are lucky, you wont even get a 3rd player in your team ... one of those 10 tries for the trashcan ... with me it was around 2 times per rotation ... why do they introduce such a bad design when they know its being faulty bcs of preventable bugs in MM which didnt get adressed since 14 Seasons. Unfilled Teams didnt happen before S7 on my end.
They could just simply requeue if the playercount is lower than 3 , easy fix ... but instead they thrown you into the game without a fair chance of winning. and we know its by design since disconnected players appear as such in your squad screen , even if they disconnected right before char selection and a possible 3 player def. shows up at the count down , if you dont get one its the MM not giving you a 3rd on purpose (otherwise that issue would have been fixed years ago).
I dont understand the purpose of "Rumble" in its current state. It still had the same issues of smurfs in Gold as normal ranked.
In general I think the experience was worse than it is during standard ranked.
"Rumble" should actually mean something thats a rumble. So I propose to make Ranked Rumble a permanent mode to side of ranked. For those who want to go for instant hotdrop ranked action. Use the bot royale map size with 15 teams.
Again I cant dictate how others should play the game but I would like to have some real differences between game modes.
Battle Royale = Last man standing means there are multiple ways to achieve it. As soloQ player most of the times I dont have an option for any other type of playing style but hot drop.
Unfortunately those teammates choosing to play like this dont have the skills & understanding to support their playstyle choices.
Dont get me wrong. I like to contest on drop with the current system. But dropping with 5 other teams to no loot location on the new map is just exhausting.
