I hate Noobs who take purple and don't heal at all

Interesting that I suddenly have this idea, also from Overwatch, you start a team, giving a few positions, like Tank, Tracker, Offense, Support etc.

Then people see your position slots and fill in, and you got to see that people's stats.

I think it would be nice for you to set a minimum level requirements like 50 + maybe for your desired teammates ?

All right, nobody had ever mentioned this before in this forum and I thought this is a great system feature I totally forgot from Overwatch.

Also you could set to say you want your teammates minimal kill to be 30 or something, say you could set the minimul number of kill to be 30 ( with a range from + 5 and - 5 )

And would that help to reduce having noobs on your team sir ?

You see in Overwatch you have ranked play but that doesn't mean you could get a very happy team thought you got roughly same ratings, still people just pick whichever character they are most familiar with and may not be able to consider team composition and you may end up not having a healer at all, sth like that.

So they designed this recruiting system to recruit your desired teammates before you start a game.

Maybe, they could have this only exclusive for Battle Pass holders as you could say almost definitely Battle Pass holders will treat this game more seriously than bypassers ?

And bypassers ( I mean beginners ) just get random matches with other beginners, and serious people got more decent match with each other.

Maybe we could also give some settings on a player's rating of being toxic ??? lol

Neg: So basically you want to have the option of having a stacked team against noob teams. There's already an option to invite random players. Or... just add them to your origin friends list.

Pos: Exclusive to "battle pass" would be fine cause I guess if someone pays to play, they have more options.

         A ranked system like R6 would be easy and convenient for players who prefer to play others at the same level

Neg: A "toxic rating" is the worst idea ever. Ppl will just give bad ratings just for the hell of it. No matter what the situation. (yes, I seen your lol)
But, some ppl think this would be an asset to rid of toxic players or at least no one would feel compelled to join up with them. I literally had a dude tell me to stop talking because " He don't like white ppl"...I did mention that I was not white, but he continued to go off on me. He's seriously shouldn't talk to his father that way....lol it was hilarious..such a d-bag

What I hate more than this is people with purple armour not going first in combat if they're the only one in squad with lv3 or 4 armour. Instead of that they are waiting in a back for the other two players to make a move. 

So what do you want him to do if him don't have battery/first-aid kit at all ?

Force him to pick up white shield then you grab his purple ?

Why not just tell him you want that armor ?

Oh come on , do you need your teammate to breeding you ? Why can't you beat your enemy down by some crap stuffs if you think you were so good ?

as a gibraltar or caustic i was twice gifted high armor and i appreciated it.

Don't know why you trying to defend bad players. They are the type of noobs that don't use any healing items and at all. 

Worthless teammates. 

Nobody plays this game after a week or two and you expect everyone you play with to know how the game works?  Keep dreaming.
