You keep changing your story.

advertising is also not allowed on the forums.
Here's a quote from the actual rules regarding "advertising":
- Advertise. For anything: pay-to-play gaming sites, products or items for sale, referral links or advert links/images in forum signatures, avatar posts, blogs, profiles, you name it! But feel free to link to free gaming fan sites and free-to-enter league sites.
My site falls under the category of "fan site" or "free-to-enter league site" which is in accordance with the rules. You see, I actually read the rules before making my appeal, so I would know what I was talking about. You know, as opposed to just making new, contradictory things up as I go along. I'm not selling anything. There aren't even ads on my site. There is no monetary incentive here. It is a site for people who play Apex Legends. This is a fan site.

If you're saying that your product works without requiring sign-up via email, then I expect the right thing to would be to ask a CM in a private message explaining how your product works for permission to make a post about it. However, that is not the way you explained your product in your original post.
Literally the first thing I did before bumping this thread. The community manager did not respond to my message despite being active on the forums in the interim.

Also, linking a 1st party website (such as a stats site) is not the same as advertising a completely new and unknown product which requires an email sign-up.
As I said, you keep changing your story. You keep inventing new, arbitrary reasons for a discrepancy in rule enforcement. "Signup isn't required on that site, so it's OK if it asks for email, even though asking for email isn't allowed under any circumstances. It's a '1st party site' (???) so it's OK if it asks for email, even though asking for email isn't allowed under any circumstances."
You've contradicted yourself multiple times in a vain effort to be right about something in which you have zero stake. Please stop.
