I need help signing into my pc account

So here's the problem that I'm having I bought the new Xbox x series I still have my Xbox One I set up the new Xbox x downloaded on my games played one game of Apex on the new Xbox turned it off went to my PC tried to play on my PC and then I got a notice at the bottom saying this profile is already logged on to another device but the Xbox is already shut off and I never had that problem with the Xbox One

    The system may still see your active session on the console if you can't log in on another platform. Can you tell us how long it usually takes in your case before you can sign in on your PC? Is it more than 15 minutes?
