I need you to give me what I earned Season 21 Ranked badges

I did not get what I earned I earned PLATINUM 4 both splits so platinum 4 split 1 & platinum split 2 platinum 4 and it shows gold 3 for split one season 21 I have video proof I made it to platinum and just check the record wth please help me
