I listed all kinds of evidence I had, but EA was unwilling to review the evidence I listed. I also hope that he will tell me that this computer has a cheating program, and I am willing to replace my motherboard for this matter.
What EA is doing now is to ban my account continuously. This is unfair.
I understand where you are coming from and this situation is not a good one.
However I do not think the EA is treating you unfairly.
In todays age of computing systems it is always recommended to purchase hardware from trusted licensed retailers. Buying used hardware from private individuals carry varied risks. You do not know if the hardware has hardware bans on it from different companies, you do not know what hidden software could be installed and mining you for your personal information to include banking, credit card, social networks, identity, etc.
I really do think that one should inform themselves about purchasing PC's and or consoles from private individuals about the possible consequences of doing such. Why are they selling the hardware, does it have any problems, has it been banned by a company/s.
I do not know the situation that you are in however I believe that the seller was not honest with you about the PC and that is not an EA issue. I do not know if you can seek recourse with the seller but if they misrepresented the sale of the item to you then this could be considered fraud, that is unless the caveated the sale as, purchase as is. Again this is not EA's fault.
I myself never ever purchase used hardware as it is not safe for the reasons I mentioned above and many others as well.
Your only course of action are to submit an appeal to the ToS team Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
However if they have given you a final decision then there is nothing else to be done from EA's side as far as I know.
Please note here on AHQ we cannot assist with account actions outside of providing you with advice and links to the proper channels.
At that point I would attempt a return of the PC to the seller and try to get your money back.
Best of luck and follow the tips I have provided in my previous post to better protect yourself (cybersecurity wise) in the future.
