Can it be possible to refund my heirloom because I accidentally bought the wrong one and I got really lucky from getting the heirloom from a pack. I bought the bloodhound heirloom by accident but I am a wraith main and I really want a refund

I know this is not going to be the answer you are looking for but sadly I have to say that EA does not "normally" provide refunds on purchased skins/heirlooms.
You can try to reach out to EA support via EA help:

You’ll see a page with our recommended support options. If email is an option and you choose it, you may get a reply from e.ea.com. This is an official email account from us, so make sure you add it to your contact list so that it doesn’t end up in your spam/junk folder.

Here on the forum we cannot help with account related issues like purchases, suspensions, bans etc.
EA costumer support/sale's would be who you need to contact.

I wish there was a system to refund/exchange Heirlooms, (in the meantime, there sadly is not).
