If I already have heirloom shards on standby can I get more?

@Clowater69 Did you ever find out if you can get the event heirloom shards if you have all the current heirlooms unlocked?

I am in the same situation.  Wondering if you tried already and found out?

@Travis2006 I haven't tried yet. I see a bunch of posts asking the same question, so hopefully EA will confirm one way or the other soon. 

I don't think so, just because it says 150/150 on the shards, which would imply that you are holding as many as you can. Bit once you spend them yeah you can get more.

This is false btw.  I have 9 heirlooms and 300 shards.

I have 9 heirlooms and 300 shards so it does happen.

I saw a video the other day of a guy who had every heirloom and 150 shards waiting for the next heirloom to come out so im pretty sure you can still get them, you can only have 150 shards at a time tho.. if you look in the heirloom shop it says 0/150 or 150/150
