@Awhoo_Thunder I've been a huge fan of Bungie ever since Halo first hit the scene, and I love Destiny as well. It is a massive open-world FPS multiplayer game, with lots of different places to explore/grind and different modes to play. I'm pretty sure the actual game is free, so it's definitely worth checking out sometime, if that sounds interesting to you! I haven't played or seen Tarkov, so I'm not sure if it's similar
Destiny 2 is a horrible, abusive affair I've found, much like Destiny 1. Pretty much it's a puzzle you pay money for every 3 months only to have it solved for you on YouTube, and then you grind it with 2-5 other people who get mad at you if you keep missing a particular jump through a hoop or don't have the proper weapon loadout, etc. I'd rather do WarFrame, which is 'free' but you'll probably buy stuff. Even when you do, however, it still costs less then Destiny which Money Gate Blocks you every quarter.
However, I'm going to try the OP's suggestion at the new BR game. It's not even that I'm so down on Apex because I've been down on it for a long time, thus Season 14 is just a continuation of the bad. Nevertheless, if something is better, than so be it. I can't fathom Apex fixing it's ranked problem in any time frame that matters.
- @KelRiever I tried Destiny 2 not too long ago. I had no idea what was going on and didn't like it at all. I didn't like the new halo campaign either.
