Incorrect ban... Zero Response

My account was incorrectly banned at beginning of the month. It has been over 3 weeks as of 2/25 since I submitted the ticket w/ zero response or a status of the ticket. Missed the entire anniversary event and will probably miss the next event.

Clearly no one watched my game play in the first place to say I was cheating -- and if they did they need to be fired.

How long do ban tickets take to get looked at? Do they even check them? Will they give me the skins I missed, packs or something for their horrible customer services and missing events? I have spent enough on this game already that if my account is banned then what is the * point of starting over.

  • I see a lot of these threads with people seeing no response to their emails to EA support/ Has anyone tried calling EA support? Can you call them anymore?

  • @x1NKx They are receiving an unusually high number of appeals so it can take a few weeks. Yes they do check them, and yes they will respond appropriately. Please be patient, I understand the frustration. But they will review your appeal and contact you.

    Hi @x1NKx

Sorry to hear that. Reports from other players on the forum suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: noreply@ea.com.

The biggest frustration is knowing EA doesn't care over all about the player base. All these people that are banned incorrectly may eventually get unbanned after x amount weeks because of an 'influx of tickets' (not sure why every support ever called is always experiencing an unusual amount of tickets/calls), but the players are just supposed to be happy getting their account's back that shouldn't have been banned in the first place. There is no type of compensation for missing events, XP, and potential items that may have been purchased. Not to mention the number of players that just leave the Apex community because this is the final straw.

On a side - Is there a priority system for ppl that have purchased battle passes and skins? Not saying the all ppl that invest into a game don't cheat but seems like a good initial barometer.

@x1NKx They do care and they will review your appeal. The topic of wrongfully banned players is not being ignored by EA.
