I can't say I've seen any discernable benefit to using shatter caps. It just seems to lower damage output, possibly the worst hop up ever conceived by respawn lol.
@MandatoryIDtag If you're using the bow you can use it to lob arrows at enemies who are fighting just to harass them a bit.
@DarthValtrex Exactly, no real use lol. I can do that with deadeye tempo and actually get kills instead lol. 😛
