It’s time to accept Arenas is a dead mode

@BigMacAttack8u I was being tongue and cheek. I know BR will always be there main game mode.  Besides, they won't go back to just 1 mode anyway, I'm pretty sure.

Winter Express & Shadow Royale are the two worst modes for me in the game & I'm not particularly a fan of Control mode either but I have no desire at all to have them removed from the game as I accept other players like the modes even if I don't as its horses for courses & all that.The fact that I pretty much put most of my Apex time into Arenas rather than BR mode is because both due to the fact that for me that BR is pretty unplayable but Arenas just plays a better game for me.Arenas doesn't prevent me from playing BR mode at all as without Arenas mode or any LTM mode on offer I just wouldn't play Apex full stop.

But for Respawn to purely hang their hat purely on BR mode as an excuse not to offer various  LTM's as an addition on a more permanent basis/rotation is both a lazy & a daft idea.Lazy in terms that the devs don't have to put the time & effort into implementing these LTM's let alone come up with ideas for new modes.A daft idea because Apex isn't the only game in town & there are other alternative games to play with more modes on offer.And one thing Respawn surely can't afford to do is try to pull the wool over Apex players by offering BR mode & not much else & not expect players to desert  Apex when boredom & staleness due to the lack of modes or incentive kicks in.And as to whether S15 is deemed a success or failure overall maybe too early to tell but surely one the worst decisions made in what is the longest season in records (100+ days) was the complete absence of LTM modes other than the belated Winter Express nearly halfway through the season.

It’s also the one game mode I can play Wattson in XD

@hayhor 1 possible answer - half the team would rather play death match then focus on holding an adjective, leaving when they can't get a kill or die every few seconds
