Keyboard Mouse / console
Hi, since APEX Legends is a cross platform game now, isn't logical to get the option to play with keyboard and mouse on our consoles?

@Fasoulas1No because console lobbies are console only. You only play PC players if you squad with them.
This is such a common misconception that I want to repeat what @hayhor said, using different words.
For console players, cross-play means you will play against players on other console platforms. It does not mean PC players will be in your matches. The only way for a console player to get in a lobby with PC players is if they queue up together as a pre-made with another player(s) who play on PC.
Agreed. I have to invite my 2 friends to my PC match and they are PS4 players. They admit they do a bit better fighting against PC players using the controller on the console. But I can get my PC Apex to identify my game controller, which is very odd, since it works for everything else.
I have a Power A USB wired controller designed for PS3 but as I said, works on all my games except Apex. I would play using a controller - as my friend has shown me - the mouse suffers from hand jitter. The spring loaded thumbstick returns to center when you let go.
- @Xubunnytwo You can't get the controller to work? But only with apex? That's so odd. Not sure what to suggest.
My experience going into PC lobbies was the opposite of your friends tho. I joined a former pred and was in awe of the movements I saw from mnk players.
So i was just trippin when i solo q’d on my xbox fighting a squad with 2 pc players and 1 console?
